Episode 2x01 "Sisterhood" Part II
There were other, more pressing, matters to attend to before Guy could descend into the castle's dungeon to deal with the young man imprisoned there.
The young man, who was part of Hood's merry band of outlaws.
There was no hurry though. The outlaw was in no real position to negotiate anything and Guy would be able to take the necessary time to get what he wanted.
"So tell me," he started, coming close to the bars of the cell. "Where are your friends?"

The steps to this were far more familiar than the song and dance he had endured with Marian.
This game was an old friend.
He turned and began to walk away.

"You think I'm one'a Robin Hood's men don't you-" when the man turned he added quickly, licking his bottom lip. "One tha' looks like me. What's his name? Um. Allan. Right?"
It had to work. It had to.
"Oh no. My name's Tom. Tom!"

It was perversely amusing at least.
One of the gaolers half-dragged a prisoner between them.
"Don't insult me." Was that...uncertainty in the outlaw's face?
Allan.
"What's happened? Robin Hood kicked you out, hmm?"
Guy pretended to show some semblance of the smallest measure of empathy.
"Tricking working men in taverns doesn't sound very Robin Hood to me."

"I told you," he replied a little to fast with a quip to his words," he looked down then looking anywhere but where Guy, "I don't know Robin Hood."

"Show me some respect," he turned more serious. "And maybe we can talk about a deal."
A guard entered the dungeon behind him, bringing a message from the Sheriff.
Time to go then, it seemed. This one wasn't going to take the easy route.
"Torture him." Guy half-turned to the returning gaolers and then moved aside to give them room.

The look upon Guy's face was...priceless.
The jailer and his hinchman grabbed Allan by the arms, dragging him out of the cells with him fighting all the way. "Wait! I want a deal!"
"You said a deal!"

"Too late."
What was funny was the reaction he got when a prisoner realised he wasn't necessary any more and had no bargaining power.
This new plan would provide some kind of entertainment to break up the day at least. It might even work too.
"Too late," Guy smirked. "No need any more."
Hood had taken the bait.
